In early 2025, France announced the creation of a special €200 million fund to finance the reconstruction of Ukraine. Managed by the Directorate General of the Treasury, this fund aims to support structural projects in vital sectors such as housing, health, water and sanitation, energy and infrastructure.
As part of this initiative, Kamp Alliance, a subsidiary of the NovaKamp Group, has been selected to lead a project in Fastiv, 60 km west of Kiev, in cooperation with Ateliers de France and the municipality.
A large-scale pilot project
The project involves the creation of an eco-friendly neighbourhood with 500 homes, including water and energy facilities, complemented by a medical rehabilitation center for civilian and military casualties.
Designed as a showcase for French expertise, this pilot neighbourhood combines the technical skills of Kamp Alliance with the architectural and heritage expertise of Ateliers de France.
➡️ The objective is clear : to establish a model that can be replicated and transposed to other Ukrainian cities and capable of meeting the immense reconstruction need.
Kamp Alliance’s expertise
For several years, Kamp Alliance has been supporting French forces in the field by designing and deploying critical solutions in complex environments: water treatment plants and logistical support infrastructure (modular structures, fire containers, waste treatment, etc.).
Kamp Alliance also works in partnership with NovaKamp Group subsidiaries in multi-technical fields (power plants, climate engineering, IT-Telecom, SatCom, Cyber).
This experience gives Kamp Alliance expertise that is particularly well suited to the challenges encountered in Ukraine :
- Mastery of constrained and secure environments : expertise developed in areas of tension, essential for operating in Ukraine.
- Proven technical solutions : implementation of reliable infrastructure to ensure access to water and energy for entire populations.
- Sustainable approach : design of energy-efficient infrastructure, minimising carbon impact and respecting the environment.
- Optimised logistics : transport and implementation of prefabricated modules and heavy technical equipment over 2,000 km, within tight deadlines.
👉 Thanks to these strengths, Kamp Alliance is able to guarantee the feasibility and success of strategic projects in a context where speed, reliability and adaptability are crucial.
NovaKamp, a long-term commitment to Ukraine
Through Kamp Alliance, the NovaKamp Group is affirming its role as a catalyst for innovative and responsible solutions.
NovaKamp is contributing its expertise in engineering, project management and industrial coordination, bringing together French and Ukrainian players around a common goal : rebuilding to revive local life.
➡️ The Fastiv project is much more than a technical operation. It is a powerful symbol of international cooperation and solidarity, where French expertise is being made available to support Ukraine’s resilience.
A clear horizon : summer 2026
The official signing of the contract with the town of Fastiv marked the launch of the project. Feasibility and architectural studies are underway, and the next key step will be the submission of the building permit application.
🎯 The goal is ambitious but clear : to deliver the infrastructure to the municipality of Fastiv before summer 2026. This deadline illustrates the ability of Kamp Alliance and NovaKamp to combine rigour, speed and excellence in a context where every month counts.
Conclusion
Drawing on Kamp Alliance’s technical expertise and the NovaKamp Group’s strategic vision, this pilot project paves the way for sustainable and replicable reconstruction, serving the Ukrainian people and a more resilient European future.
