Alert procedure
Any member of staff or stakeholder of the Group who believes they have been the victim of criminal acts is invited to initiate the complaint or whistleblowing procedure. An investigation will then be launched immediately.
Examples of criminal acts include: moral or sexual harassment, violence in the workplace, actions contrary to the Group’s commitments in terms of intellectual property, information security, anti-corruption, respect for human rights and anti-discrimination.
Dedicated communication line
Any employee may report detailed information internally via the company’s mailbox, by email directly to management and/or human resources managers, and through this alert procedure.
Any stakeholder in a Group subsidiary may report detailed information through this alert procedure.
Guarantee of anonymity
Allegations will be treated anonymously.
No reprisals
Once an employee has presented evidence suggesting that they have reported, in good faith, facts that could be classified as criminal offences, no reprisals may be taken against them.
Similarly, if a stakeholder presents evidence suggesting that their actions were based on good faith, no threat of reprisals may be made.
